Next afternoon we drove towards Kasane in Botswana, which lies about an hour drive from Vic Falls. The shore of the river Chobe, a few kilometers from Chobe National Park, became our home for a few days and once again nocturnal animals visited us during the night. Instead of attending the guided-safari-drive we drove ourselves through the national park and thereby get directly westbound into Namibia with the Atlantic Ocean at the waterfront.
