To recharge our batteries we chilled out a few days in Khartoum, the Landy
required an "after desert service" and we needed desperately a
shower, or two. We then continued south towards Gallabat, the last town

with people and still going strong. The passengers always smiling and looking
as they were enjoying that 40°C rattling overcrowded ride, just imagine
what a magnificent party these people could do in the London underground. |
